If pendulum swings are not clear then hold pendulum over each word and the pendulum will circle the guidance chosen for you. You will also know that it feels right.

Study Guide: 

Does fear stop you from enjoying a life of joy and fulfillment? Would you like to learn more about your fears? Would you like to know and be coached in shifting these? This Trewbelievers Pendulum Chart will shine light on your fears and coach you through shifting them.

First you need to learn more about what type of fear(s) you have. The small circle is divided into four fear sections. 

Section One – Healthy and Normal

This type of fear is used to keep you safe and help change situations effectively. It is within a normal range, settles down, negotiates, forgives and forgets.

Section Two – Uncontrolled Fear

This is fear of the future, earthquakes, dying, etc. These fears cause much anxiety and worry and will drive everyone around you crazy.

Section Three – Fear of Doing

This fear includes beginning, ending, choosing, intimacy, letting go, etc. These fears leave one in limbo and very confused.  Persons that have this fear truly have great difficulty in actually doing many activities in their lives and avoidance is their best plan of action.

Section Four – Fear of Not Being Able To

This fear is based on a belief that a person has developed that keeps them safe but limited. This belief leads to scarcity thinking, greed, survival mode and mistrust. These are often noted by the excuses “should, would, could, can’t, I’m too… etc.”

Now you are ready to find out what type of fear you have.


Hold your pendulum over the small circle and think of a fear, ask what type of fear this is? The pendulum will circle as it connects and reads your energy then it will move over to one of the sections. Hold your pendulum over each word and ask,” What kind of fear is this? There is more than one form of guidance in each section so you will need to hold pendulum over each word in that section. The pendulum will circle over your answer(s). Now hold pendulum over the large circle and ask on a scale of 1-10,” How much is this fear affecting me/others?” The pendulum will swing over to a number on the outside of the large circle. Know that a fear may register well above 10 but do not be dismayed since you are on a mission to get information to help with shifting this.

You are now ready to get to your actual personalized guidance. Hold your pendulum over the center of the large circle and give your permission to be coached in shifting these fears. The pendulum will begin to move over to your advice. The pendulum will stop when it is done with its guidance. Remember to check back in periodically to note your progress using the numbers along the outside and ask, “How much am I/others affected by my fear now?”

You can also use the numbers to ask how many fears you have in general and in each section.
