DEALING WITH ANGER
Find out what type of anger you have, how many, how strong (1-10) and get to your coaching on how to decrease it.
Directions: Hold pendulum over center of circles to access your anger style (small circle) and your personal coaching to shift this (large circle). Use numbers to find out strength of this anger (0 is none) and to follow progress.
Before you begin, always invite Divine in to protect, guide and ground.

A Word of Encouragement:
Healthy anger helps us move from dangerous situations and change our lives if needed. This chart is meant to better understand your style of anger and coaches you in becoming more effective. Your style may also be a combination of those shown on Trewbelievers Pendulum Charts.
Hold pendulum over center of small circle to learn more about your “Anger Style”. Ask, “What is my, their or (insert) name anger style?” Most anger is made up of one or any of the four major styles listed. Each style is then subdivided up into a smaller group. Remember you may be a combination of styles and one can be “over reactive” in any style!
1. “Not Me’s” category include the “Avoiders” who will do anything not to talk about issue, the “Slickers” who can talk their way out of anything and the “Paranoid” who think everyone is out to blame them.
2. “Walking Bombs” generally hold their tongue until….. This grouping is divided into the “Exploders” who can only take so much and then you get it with both barrels, the “Calculators” who remember everything and as long as you are angry about something they would also be angry with are ok but when they do not agree with you get their whole history with them. “The Addict” deals with ALL of their emotions in anger. This group are great shit disturbers and then they will walk away happy.
3. “Long Timer (Chronic)” – this group is divided into “Seasoned” which means that being angry is part of how they identify themselves in the world. “Blamers” never take responsibility. “Moral” anger thinks it is always right. This anger has caused lots of wars in our world. The “Haters”, racist, man or woman haters are a combo of “Moral-Blamers-Seasoned”. This group cannot get past their judgments and are very right and wrong in their approach to life.
Using the small circle when you are angry is the best way to find out your information (although you can also do it during a calm time). Once you have your style move to larger circle and ask, “How much am I/others affected by my anger (scale 1-10)?” Your “anger number” may be well above 10. Not to worry since you are on the right path and you will find your personalized coaching around the large circle. Hold pendulum over center of circle and ask, “Please show me some guidance with dealing with anger.” The pendulum will circle for a bit while it connects and reads your energy and then swing over to your information. If the swing seems to go to two places then hold pendulum over each side and it will circle around the right guidance. This guidance will feel right. Use your original, “anger number” as gauges to check back after you have practiced following your Guidance.
